If you contact us via email, please be sure to include your Order Number and Telephone Number with any requested shipping upgrade. We will contact you with the total amount of the upgraded shipping prior to the order being released. If you would like us to immediately charge your credit card for the additional shipping, you can make a comment as to the maxium you authorize us to charge your credit card for upgraded shipping. We only charge our exact costs for 2-day or next day shipping and do not include any additional handling charge.
