Non-Prescription Orders
Orders containing only Non-Prescription items.

All non-prescription orders received Monday-Friday will be processed within 48 hours (pending product availability). Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. If an item is unavailable, information regarding the status of the remainder of your order will be provided.

Please contact our customer service department if you require next day or second day shipment of your order. If you contact us via email, please be sure to include your Order Number and Telephone Number with any requested shipping upgrade. We will contact you with the total amount of the upgraded shipping prior to the order being released. If you would like us to immediately charge your credit card for the additional shipping, you can make a comment as to the maximum you authorize us to charge your credit card for upgraded shipping.

Prescription Orders
Orders containing only prescription items.

Prescription orders can only be processed after we have received doctor and (if selected), insurance coverage confirmation, either of which may delay processing time. Following confirmation, orders will be shipped (pending product availability). Prescription orders are processed in 2-4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

**Orders recieved on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. Next Day orders recieved on Friday will not begin processing until Monday.

***Free shipping does not apply to orders containing heavy or oversized medications, medications that require overnight delivery, refrigerated medications, and bulk orders.
