Please contact our customer service department if you require next day or second day shipment of your order at an additional cost. If you contact us via email, please be sure to include your Order Number and Telephone Number with any requested shipping upgrade. We will contact you with the total amount of the upgraded shipping prior to the order being released.

Prescription orders can only be processed after we have received doctor and (if selected), insurance coverage confirmation. Prescription orders are processed immediately upon confirmation.

Some items/orders may require additional shipping charges based on weight, size or destination (including AK, HI, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO). If applicable,a shipping surcharge may apply, one of our customer service representatives will contact you with details if needed.
**Free shipping does not apply to orders containing heavy or oversized medications, medications that require overnight delivery, refrigerated medications, and bulk orders.
Refrigerated Prescription Shipping
Certain prescription medications may need to be kept refrigerated to ensure quality and safety. In order to get these medications to you as quickly and safely as possible, orders for these medications may be shipped using an expedited delivery method.
