Familymeds is governed by Federal regulations that do not allow us to accept returns of medications that were correctly filled and shipped as a result of an order placed. If your prescription order arrives damaged or you have any other questions about returning your order, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
In some cases doctors or prescribers, depending on medical condition, may require a change in medication directions for use and/or frequency of use. You should follow your doctor's orders. However, we cannot accept returns or refund the cost of medications once we have shipped the order to you. We will always contact or verify your prescription before order shipment so usually, but not always, the order has the most up to date prescriber's orders available.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of your non-prescription purchases and wish to return them, please contact Customer Support for instructions. Please be prepared to provide your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement product.
Familymeds.com does not accept returns for items purchased from our Personal Health (Sexual Health) department unless they have a manufacturer defect. When your order is received, check to make sure these item(s) are working. We will credit or exchange unused, defective items in their original packaging. Items returned without original packaging or after 30 days will not be refunded.
We do not accept items that have been opened or used unless the product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
Familymeds.com will provide a free (pre-paid) return shipping label if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item, etc.). In other cases, a return postage fee may apply.
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. All returns should be accompanied by the original receipt included with the shipment.
Once Customer Support has recieved the return, they will issue a credit less original shipping fees within 30 days.
