Refrigerated Prescription Shipping:

Certain prescription medications need to be kept refrigerated to ensure quality and safety. In order to get these medications to you as quickly and safely as possible, orders for these medications must be shipping using overnight expedited delivery. Other delivery options do not guarantee that the medication will be kept at the proper temperature during the shipping process.

When your order has been processed and picked up for delivery, our customer service department will call you to insure that someone will be available to accept the package on the following day. The package should be opened immediately and the medicines stored as recommended. If your order contains other medicines that don't require refrigeration, don't place the entire package into the refrigerator. Some medications can be damaged if stored in the refrigerator.
